Veldboom is buying the residential complex The Edge from Amvest RCF Custodian B.V. The Edge is a striking, fully intact residential complex in the centre of the city of Groningen. The complex Veldboom has acquired consists of 145 apartments in the mid-rental segment.
The Edge was completed in 2002 on the former Circus, Boden and Gas site (CiBoGa) and consists of two buildings. The homes in The Edge are spacious, with an average size of 107 m2. Almost all homes are let above the liberalisation threshold. In the short term, Veldboom will carry out a satisfaction survey among the residents to identify how living comfort can be improved further. A plan is also being drawn up to make the complex more sustainable.
